As in previous years, our company welcomed female students as part of the Girls’ Day 2026 initiative, offering them a closer look at the workplace and career opportunities for women in IT. The initiative aimed to inspire young women to consider future careers in technology and show them the wide range of opportunities available in the field. During the program, participants learned more about Solar Turbines and its digital division, Solar Digital, met our teams, and heard inspiring stories from female colleagues across different roles. The day also included interactive activities focused on Agile and Scrum principles, giving participants the chance to experience teamwork and practical problem-solving. The event concluded with a shared lunch and informal discussions about opportunities in the tech industry, leaving participants with new inspiration and valuable insights.
